The lights never turn on when I start/turn on the tv. The sync box has all 3 lights lit though. I have to unplug the power cable to get them to work. Not sure what’s going on. The app has a blue power button so that’s on. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks.

As the input signal must comes from the external hdmi devices instead of the tv (which is output port), so that's why the lights never turn on. Hope this sorts you out.

I have the cable box in the input and the cable the sync box came with to the tv. It’s hooked up correctly but still I have to unplug the sync box to get it to work every day. Doesn’t seem right

Doesn’t seem right Hi Sjam, for the very first batch, it has the sleep mode function, initially, the designer thought it might be more intelligent and energy saving. After learning that its inconvenience caused may outweigh its benefit, we have canceled that function in the latter produced ones. Again, sorry for the inconvenience caused, and you don't have to unplug each day, you can turn off the switch of the wall socket, it also will do the job.

I think the problem is the same i encounter... On fact without lightmi neo and device who have CEC function, we can woke up one and it woke up the other one... If i power on my shield tv it'a woke up my tv, and if i power on my tv it's woke up my shield tv.... But i lost this function with the lightmi neo.... My TV can't woke up my shield tv (and the light mi neo) and when i power on my shield tv it's only woke up the lightmi neo but my tv always rest in sleep mode.... Very fustrating, for a such basic use now with lightmi neo i must battle with all my remote to power all, just before all my device power on with only one remote..... Don't know how you designer can't forget a such usefull function, CEC is implemented on many device but not on lightmi neo ?! .... And how to fix this....
