Hello! I just did a reply in Reddit (same username) as I found you that way. My main living room TV is a 2020 LG OLED GX that does HDMI 2.1 so I am able to use my gaming PC and PS5 to the full potential as the gaming PC has a Nvidia Founders 3080 Ti with a i7-10700k @ 5.1Ghz so 90% of games run epic at 4K and have not noticed any frames dropped yet (there probably has but its not noticeable. I have a Govee Immersion which just arrived so not had chance to try it yet but really looking forward to your HDMI 2.1 capable version. Looked at the philips but was not keen on some reviews plus I like to back new products/companies. When do you think your new version will be out as I have a second TV in need of something similar? Cheers Hi womble, thanks for the attention to our future generation products. We can say that we will roll out the 2.1 at the end of this year, but the fact is we are not quite sure about the chips supply, so it might be this year, might be next year first quarter. However, right now things for sure are 1. the transition 2.0 version will be available next month, and 2. the pc ambilight(mini version tv ambilight, new product, divided into three types 23 and below, 24-27, 28-34'')

Got a few questions: 1.So I have a NVidia shield connected to a Denon AVR-X3500H which is using 2.1 passthrough to connect to my Sony X900H 85". With the 2.1 hdmi light update is it possible to plug this input into my receiver or even directly into the tv without disrupting my current setup. 2. Is there a light mi app available for android TV, kinda nice to have it all in one compared to opening an app on my phone. 3. Is there a setting to have the dynamic screen lighting always enabled as the default IE as soon as I turn on the tv and do the lights automatically turn on and off when the screen is turned on and off. - Roman Hi Roman, 1. the answer is yes. 2. the answer is no for the current being. Thanks for the feedback, will take this into consideration in future. 3. the answer is negative, as the turning on and off of the lights depends on the third party, has nothing to do with TV itself.

Hi. One question about the LED strips. I've seen a review video with the setup process in the app. And it left me with an important question. I saw no setting inside the app to set the exact count of leds for each of the 4 sides. Those can differ because of: - Screen-Format - Cut strips to match TV size. In those cases the exact display of matching colors is not given. Hi, there is automatic calibration in terms of colors, so has nothing to do with screen or format, and there is clear yellow mark to show where to cut the strips to match your tv size, since for each type, the maximum is provided, for example, for 65 and below, the max is for 65, for 91-120, the max is for 120''.

Hello,
How about a movie that has black bars on the top and bottom? Will the colors continue to glow correctly?

I may be on my own with this need but I’d love to have the choice of a white power plug and cable. At present my set-up includes all white wall power plugs and cables to blend in. So my requests for the new version would be:
1. An option of buying a white power plug/cable (I wouldn’t mind paying extra to have this option). 2. An option for buying a longer power plug cable (although the current supplied cable can be extended with a jack extender you could increase your profit by offering a longer power supply to streamline the set-up process for users without a power outlet close enough to their television).
Kind regards Ryan.

I use the Audio Return Channel (ARC) on my TV to control my Denon Receiver, will the HDMI 2.1 unit provide 2-way passthrough for the ARC channel to return to my receiver?

Aloha & Shalom I can imagine that the demand is already higher (2.1) than what is possibly planned to produce in number of units. I am impatient like many here . Where and how much do I have to transfer where? If it is possible I would like to order it directly and also like to pay in advance 🙆🏼♂️

Hello, How about a movie that has black bars on the top and bottom? Will the colors continue to glow correctly? Hi Latioboy, even for the current 1.4version, there is auto color refill to the black bars on the top and bottom, so yes, for the new version, it will continue to glow correctly.

as 2.1 will be limited, would there be any way to purchase it? Hi Liquisix, yes, there will be multiple way to purchase, but since the chip shortage is still a problem, so things change, anyway, will keep your updated on this.
